For a “landowner bill of rights,” RL21 sure has a lot of landowners very upset…. The egregious trampling of private property rights and the stripping of our local governance is NOT the South Dakota way. In South Dakota, we may be open for business, but we are not for sale! A whopping 38,000 signatures collected by 500 unpaid volunteers circulating petitions in all 66 counties in South Dakota brought RL21 to the ballot. Now let’s get this thing to the finish line for each and every one of us! Vote NO on RL21!
